Faith Formation classes for children, grades Pre-K through 8, are held September through May and follow a lectionary-based curriculum. This means that each session is based on the Sunday readings, which directly link the children to the liturgical life of the parish.
There are two possible ways to participate in the program:
- A hybrid model of traditional classes, family formation, and home study. Classes and family formation will be on Sundays, 10:10 – 11:10 AM. A schedule will be sent to you.
- Home Study is offered for those who prefer a more flexible schedule. The same curriculum is used and instruction is provided by parents, with support from parish staff and catechists.
Resources containing ideas for family activities and discussions are provided for each household. This helps families establish traditions by which they celebrate various seasons and holy days throughout the church year.
